FAQ

Short answers to the questions traders actually ask.

01 What is bidoffer.pro?

An alert engine for the IDX orderbook. It watches every price level of 796 tickers all session long and pings your Telegram when one of 11 patterns forms — walls, stacks, imbalances, flow surges, plus five classic indicators. Every alert links to a Replayer that shows the book exactly as it was at the firing moment.

02 Why do I sign in with Telegram?

Because Telegram is where your alerts arrive. One tap signs you in — no password, no email — and gives the bot permission to message you. If the bot cannot message you, the product cannot do its job.

03 Why does login ask about my phone number?

Telegram Login shows a consent screen for the profile details our sign-in requests, which includes the phone number scope. It is stored with your profile and used for account support — see the Privacy page for exactly what is kept and how to have it deleted.

04 What does it cost?

Nothing to start: the Free tier includes 10 active rules, all 11 patterns, full Replayer access, and instant alerts. Pro and Quant tiers (more active rules, API access) are coming; payments have not launched yet.

05 What exactly is a Rule?

A standing instruction to watch one stock for one pattern — for example "watch the BUMI bid side for a Volume Wall at 3× average". When the pattern occurs, the rule fires an alert into your Telegram. You can hold up to ten active rules on the free tier.

06 How do I delete a rule?

You deactivate it — deactivation is the only "delete". The rule stays in your list, inert, and re-creating an identical rule simply re-activates it. The list gives you an UNDO right after deactivating, and a RE-CREATE button any time later.

07 A rule I never created appeared in my list. What is it?

That is a chained watch. Some wall patterns have an optional "auto-watch after eaten %" setting: when such an alert fires, the system arms a Wall Eaten watch on the alerted level to guard it for you. It is owned by the system but listed — and deactivatable — like any other rule.

08 What is the difference between orderbook and indicator patterns?

The six orderbook patterns read the live book and each watches one side, BID or OFFER — that is the part nobody else alerts. The five indicator patterns (RSI, MACD, EMA, Bollinger, ATR) fire on candle close for the timeframe you pick, and have no side.

09 How fast do alerts arrive?

The pipeline watches the book continuously during the session and sends the Telegram message as soon as a pattern fires — typically within seconds of the book change that triggered it.

10 What can the Replayer show me?

The historical book of any watched ticker: a price ladder and a depth timeline you can scrub tick by tick at 1×–10×. It loads 15-minute windows and stitches neighbours automatically as you scrub, up to 60 minutes. Alert links open it pre-scrubbed to the firing moment. Times are WIB throughout.

11 Is this financial advice?

No. Alerts flag orderbook behavior worth looking at; judging it and trading it is entirely yours. Trade at your own risk.

12 How do I get help or delete my account?

Message @bidofferprobot on Telegram — support and data-deletion requests both go there.
