The short version: we store the Telegram profile you consent to share at sign-in and the alert rules you create. We run no ads, no third-party analytics, and we do not sell data. The long version follows.
01 What this covers
This policy covers bidoffer.pro — the website, the trader dashboard, and alert delivery through our Telegram bot. It applies to both the free and (future) paid tiers.
02 What we receive when you sign in
Sign-in uses Telegram Login (OIDC). During login Telegram asks for your consent and then shares: your Telegram user id, your name and username, your profile picture URL, and — because we request the phone scope — your phone number.
We never see your Telegram password, your contacts, or your messages. There is no email and no password on bidoffer.pro at all.
03 What we store
On our servers: the Telegram profile above, your tier, and the rules you create (ticker, pattern, settings, active state) keyed to your Telegram id. Replay data is market data, not personal data.
In your browser: your login token lives in sessionStorage and is gone when the tab closes — it is never written to long-lived storage. The only thing kept across visits is your language preference.
04 What we use it for
To sign you in, to evaluate your rules, and to deliver alerts to your Telegram — messaging you is the entire point of connecting the bot. We may also use your contact to answer support requests or notify you of important service changes. Nothing else.
05 What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data. We run no advertising and no third-party analytics scripts. We set no tracking cookies.
Payments have not launched; we hold no payment details today. When payments launch, this policy will be updated first.
06 Sharing
Alerts are delivered through Telegram, so message contents (your alerts) necessarily pass through Telegram’s platform under Telegram’s own terms. We share data with no other third party.
07 Retention and deletion
Rules can be deactivated by you at any time and stay in your list so identical rules can be re-armed. To have your account and profile data deleted, message the bot and ask — we will remove the stored profile and your rules.
08 Changes and contact
