PATTERN · ORDERBOOK — WATCHES ONE SIDE
Wall Eaten
A watched wall thins below your floor
FIRES WHEN
Fires when the volume at your watched price drops below the threshold — the wall is being eaten.
When volume at a watched price drains below your floor, the wall there is being eaten — someone is trading through the level faster than it refills.
HOW TRADERS READ IT
An eaten bid wall means the defense at that price is failing; breaks often accelerate once the last size disappears. Traders use this to time exits under a failing support or entries on the break. It is also the pattern the system arms for you automatically after a wall alert, to guard the alerted level.
SETTINGS
| Setting | What it does | e.g. |
|---|---|---|
| Side | Which half of the book this pattern watches | BID / OFFER |
| Watched price | The exact price level to guard | 298 |
| Volume floor (lots) | Alert when volume at the price falls below this | 5000 |
Set the volume floor near the size that made the level matter: a floor close to the wall’s peak fires early, a low floor fires only when the level is nearly gone.
THE ALERT
Every alert lands in Telegram with a Replay link that opens the book at the exact firing moment.
